Hello! I am from San Felipe Pueblo and also Diné (Navajo) currently residing in the beautiful state of New Mexico.
Managing my family of six, I have found a new love and passion for a healthier lifestyle for myself and my family. Spiraling down an unhealthy path, I realized change needed to occur in our food choices and we needed to be more active.
